Returns:

Beck is happy to return any bag up to 7 days after the delivery date of the package. Any request made after the 7 days is up to the discretion of Beck International. 

• To begin the return process, please email [email protected] to request a return authorization form.

• FedEx is the preferred method for return shipping. 

  • We always recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• Beck Bags is unable to cover return shipping costs

• Returns require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, etc).

Exchanges:

• To begin the exchange process, please email [email protected] to request a return authorization form.

• Exchanges require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, etc).

• If you are making an exchange Beck Bags will ship your exchange at the discounted rate of $10.

•  Refunds cover the cost of the item returned, in the original shipping condition and do not include shipping fees.
