INFORMATION TO PROVIDE IN THE EMAIL:

  • Order number

  • Product(s) name

  • Pictures of the damaged item(s)


HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT A DAMAGE REQUEST?

Like our returns, damages must be submitted within 30 days and must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered. Please make sure to inspect your purchase within the 30-day timeframe, seeing as we will not be able to accept any damage requests after then.


WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH MY DAMAGED ITEM?

Customers will be issued a full refund including the shipping cost. Customers may be asked to send the damaged item(s) back for a quality inspection that we need to report to our vendor.
