Help! I received the wrong item!Updated 2 years ago

Please email us at [email protected]. Be sure to include the following in your email:

  • Your order number.
  • A picture of the wrong item.
  • A picture of the barcode on the clear plastic bag the item was in.

We will email you a Return Label to send the wrong item back to us. 

Once we receive the return package, we will then be authorized to either send a replacement if in stock or issue a full refund.
