We are currently shipping within 3-5 business days from the time your order was placed. You will receive an email with UPS tracking once the item ships from our warehouse. Please note that the email will be sent to the email address your account is under (make sure to check your spam folders 😅).
IS THE ITEM A PART OF A PRE-SALE?
When we have pre-sale promotions, this means that E+I is ordering the exact number of items that our customers purchase. This also means that we do not currently have this item in stock at our warehouse just yet. We're trying to hook you up with that premium access! 😉
You might expect your pre-sale item to be shipped out to you anywhere between a week to three weeks. We are at the mercy of our vendor's schedule. However, we are on our toes waiting for them to arrive to us so that we can quickly send them out to you!
