WHAT CAN I DO WHEN I PURCHASE AN ITEM AND THE PRICE DROPS SHORTLY AFTER?
The first thing to do is email our customer service team at [email protected]
Be sure to include:
The name of the item that recently dropped in price.
If the price drop is within 3 days of purchasing the item, we will issue you a store credit for the difference. Here is an equation for reference:
Equation (Item was $25.00 and dropped to $19.95):
$25.00 (total) - $19.95 (new price after price drop)= $5.05 (store credit added to your account)
