Which E+ I Vendors have Lifetime Warranties?

What is my next step if my item was damaged/defective?
If you received a damaged/defective product, or if your item broke/tore after an amount of time then please email our Customer Service team at [email protected].
In your email please include:
A short description of the issue
The order number
The items name
Some pictures of the damage/defect
What happens once I email Customer Service this information?
Our team will reach out to the vendor on your behalf.
Once the vendor approves the claim, the customer will receive:
A replacement of the product (pending availability).
A refund of the original purchase amount (only if the item is out of stock).
Refunds for items covered by the vendor’s warranty are not restricted by our Return Policy or Damaged/Defective Item Policy.
Items not covered by the vendors listed above will not be eligible for refunds outside of the Return Policy or Damaged/Defective Item Policy parameters.
Further information and steps will be provided in our email to the customer, and will be tailored to the customer’s needs.
