Which E+ I Vendors have Lifetime Warranties?

Our current list is:

  • Beck Bags

  • French Kande

  • Melania Clara

What is my next step if my item was damaged/defective?

If you received a damaged/defective product, or if your item broke/tore after an amount of time then please email our Customer Service team at [email protected].

In your email please include:

  • A short description of the issue 

  • The order number

  • The items name

  • Some pictures of the damage/defect

What happens once I email Customer Service this information?

  • Our team will reach out to the vendor on your behalf.

  • Once the vendor approves the claim, the customer will receive:

    • A replacement of the product (pending availability).

    • A refund of the original purchase amount (only if the item is out of stock).

  • Refunds for items covered by the vendor’s warranty are not restricted by our Return Policy or Damaged/Defective Item Policy.

    • Items not covered by the vendors listed above will not be eligible for refunds outside of the Return Policy or Damaged/Defective Item Policy parameters.

  • Further information and steps will be provided in our email to the customer, and will be tailored to the customer’s needs.

*E+I reserves the right to alter our lifetime warranty list of vendors and policies at any time.
